This is a two-day training course for those who use the 4D planning capability provided by Asta Powerproject 4D.
Introduction to Asta Powerproject 4D Training Courses
Course Outline Day 1
- Open and navigate IFC models
- Link an IFC model to project tasks
- Create a bar chart from IFC product sets
- Split & merge IFC products
- Set build directions & build orders
- Play a timeline simulation of the model
Course Outline Day 2
- Add site objects
- Create cutting planes
- Create Flypasts
- Work with the comparison pane
- Planned v actual views
- Model outputs
Course Objectives
At the end of Day 1 delegates will be able to import and link an IFC model to a project in order to visualise the build in 4d.
At the end of Day 2 delegates will be able to work with different views of the model, import & animate site objects, run comparisons comparing to a baseline and generate different model outputs.
Course Audience
This course is aimed at anyone who wants to develop a better understanding of using Asta Powerproject 4D functionality.
Course Prerequisites
Delegates should be familiar users of Asta Powerproject, who have ideally attended the Introduction to Asta Powerproject course. Each delegate will work at a computer for the duration of the course.
