Services include; the preparation of all forms of land use and development appraisals; the preparation, submission and management of a range of planning applications and certificates of lawfulness; the defence of enforcement action; preparing, submitting and managing all forms of appeals; promoting land and property through the Development Plan system, masterplanning, preparing development briefs, and advising on Neighbourhood Plans.

We also run training programmes for groups involved with the built environment, ranging from introductions to the development control process to co-ordinating seminars on specific planning issues.
