Campagna Ltd is an independent consultancy operating in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and has been in existence since 2002.

Our staff however, have over 16 years’ experience in providing a customer focused and cost effective Approved Inspector Service throughout the UK, and we have now expanded our services to include Energy Assessments and Advice on complying with the Code for Sustainable Homes.

We have experience of the commercial pressures facing our clients. Our service is geared towards minimising these pressures, whilst accepting our share of the risk.

As part of our wish to be seen as part of the Project Team, our clients can call their Campagna surveyor at any time during a project with any queries and receive prompt answers. We will meet with you, when you commence a scheme, if you wish and agree principles at that stage, and at further stages should that be necessary, so that you can progress your design without risk of expensive re-design changes. This scenario in itself will lead to time and therefore cost savings for yourselves across your projects.

All our surveyors are home based, with local knowledge, enabling a speedy response to inspection and general project support requests.

This enables us to provide our clients with the same level of service and fast response wherever their projects may be located.

Our staff include Building Control Surveyors. Health and Safety Co-Ordinators and Energy Assessors. Additionally many of our staff have specialist knowledge in other related areas i.e.; Disability Discrimination Act, Fire Risk Assessments.

This enables a complete Property Legislation Compliance service to be delivered from one source.

We have all the necessary capabilities to provide our service in house, there is no need or intention to employ sub – consultants. All our staff are salaried employees, which gives commitment from each individual to customer satisfaction and the success of our business.
