Mackley Davies Associates Ltd is a landscape architecture and tree surveying practice based in the Brecon Beacons National Park, South Wales.

We offer: Landscape design, Environmental planning, Arboricultural surveys, Visual appraisal and impact assessment (LVIA), Landscape maintenance and management plans.

About us

The company directors are Gill Mackley and Wyn Davies, both are experienced chartered landscape architects who have worked across the public, private and third sectors in England and Wales.  Our practice was established in 2001, based in the Brecon Beacons National Park we operate across the UK. We have a range of individual skills and experience from small-scale to major multi-disciplinary projects.

Wyn Davies is a chartered landscape architect and arboricultural consultant, he holds the Royal Forestry Society Professional Diploma in Arboriculture.

Gill is a chartered landscape architect and chartered environmentalist, she holds Prince2 Practitioner and is a term consultant to the Heritage Lottery Fund.

We offer a comprehensive landscape and arboricultural service to government agencies, local authorities, property developers, architects, voluntary sector organisations and private individuals, and can offer services through the medium of Welsh.    

We undertake schemes from survey and assessment, sketch design, master planning, detailing of hard and soft landscape elements, tendering and contract management, through to long term site management plans.
