In 1999, ***pt*** Building Standards was one of the first licensed Construction Industry Council (CIC) Corporate Approved Inspectors in England and Wales, giving us over 15 years of experience in the Industry.

We deliver the full scope of Building Control services on all types of construction and refurbishment projects and have extensive experience across all types of buildings.

Our services range from garage conversions, domestic extensions, construction of new dwellings and apartments through to large scale commercial, industrial, mixed-use developments and Hospitals.
