Wilkinson Construction Consultants are an award winning consultancy that can provide a wide range of services related to Building Regulations, Fire Regulations and Construction generally. We are a business-minded practice with a practical, positive and pro-active approach to the myriad of regulations that affect the construction industry today. Our staff typically have over 25 years of experience in the sector if our team cant help you solve your problem – then we doubt anyone can.

The company is a small family run business that believes in an ethical and sustainable future and we are committed to becoming the company of choice for both our staff and our customers.

In the first two years of trading the company established itself as a thought leader within the construction industry and built up a small number of core clients. Due to overwhelming demand from our clients we applied to the CIC to become an Approved Inspector and were awarded our licence in 2011. The company expanded rapidly as a result picking up Blue Chip clients along the way, and currently work on projects with build costs ranging from £40’000.00 to £40’000’000.00

2016 sees us celebrate our 7th year in business – a period that has seen us feature on BBC TV,C4 Dispatches, Architects Journal, The Daily Mail and the Guardian Newspapers. The practice has been awarded ISO 9001 & Constructionline accreditation and hold the National Workplace Wellbeing Charter. We have won numerous awards including  “Fire Safety Specialist of the Year” , Innovation & Excellence, Professional Achievement and most notably Best Approved Inspector in the 2015 Construction & Engineering Awards.
