Get a detailed insight into the legal background behind JCT contracts, focusing in particular on JCT DB 2016. This course will cover issues such as security for performance, quality obligations, insurances, and what happens when things go wrong.
Learn about the common legal processes involving the contract, such as letters of intent, getting into contract successfully, and how to avoid common mistakes and pitfalls.
This is an advanced level course which assumes prior knowledge/use of JCT contracts.
