Graham makes it on to the highly coveted Department for Education’s 2021 £7bn Construction Framework
The framework covers the construction of schools, universities and technical colleges, and is available for local authorities, and other government departments to use for their own projects. It is the successor to the DfE 2017 Construction Framework.
Logistics
Over 22 separate lots on the four-year framework are split into regional areas and three value bands – high, medium and low.
As one of eight contractors to make it onto Lot 2 of the High-Value Band, Graham will be involved in covering projects worth over £12m in the south of England.
The contractor is also placed on Lot 4 of the Medium-Value Band covering projects between £6m and £12m in the East Midlands.

The DfE’s aims to ensure that all School Schemes will achieve net zero carbon in use at handover and fully implement Modern Methods of Construction and ISO19650 BIM requirements.
