United Living New Homes’ subsidiary, Partner Construction, on behalf of Flagship Homes is building 73 affordable homes for a new housing development in Norfolk
Named Tower Mill, the development will consist of a mix of two-bedroom bungalows, one-bedroom walk-up flats and two, three and four bedroomed houses built on North Pickenham Road.
Homes England have pledged funding which will allow the properties to be available for shared ownership or affordable rent – this is essential to providing genuine affordability for residents and creating a diverse selection of housing opportunities for the local community.
It is expected that the new housing development in Norfolk will be finished by early 2024.

Regional managing director of Partner Construction | United Living New Homes Frank Lincoln made the following comments at the opening ceremony for the initial construction work:
