GRAHAM has completed work on the core of PLATFORM_’s Glasgow build-to-rent Central Quay scheme, which now stands as one of Glasgow’s tallest buildings at 20 storeys (circa 60m high)
The £100m, residential-led Glasgow build-to-rent development will create 498 high-quality apartments across four blocks. Designed by Keppie, the scheme is located between the city centre and the west end.
The development will be complete with a range of amenities including a state-of-the art gym, landscaped courtyard, two roof terraces, library and cinema room, creating an exclusive waterside community which will be home to over 1,000 residents. Residents will also enjoy a private games room, guest lounges and group dining rooms.
The development will revitalize the Broomielaw thoroughfare
The Glasgow build-to-rent scheme at the Broomielaw will contribute significant investment towards the ambitious regeneration of the Clyde Waterfront, which has been earmarked by Glasgow City Council as an area for urban renewal.

The modern and functionally designed one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will help to meet the requirement for new housing in the city centre, as demand continues to outweigh supply, with future-proofed housing stock for generations to come.
Expanding Glasgow city centre housing provision with build-to-rent model
