Edwin James Group has selected Simon Varo as operations director at group company Parker Technical Services, handling digital transformation and customer management
Simon Varo has been announced as the latest addition to Edwin James Group’s senior team.
Edwin James Group is a national asset engineering group that operates three brands throughout the UK.
Appointed in the new operations director role, Varo is a Chartered Engineer (CIBSE) and joins from EMCOR UK, where he worked for 12 years in a variety of managerial roles.
The new role will strengthen growth in traditional facilities maintenance
Simon Varo will head up key customer management across the group and support a programme of digital transformation.
The new operations director role has been created to support growth in traditional facilities maintenance, and the hybrid model that combines building services with more complex process engineering services.
Uniting process and infrastructure engineering across the asset lifecycle
