Sean Ellis is the third senior non-executive director to be appointed to the Dominvs board, following the appointments of Martin Meech and Martin Samworth earlier this year
Sean Ellis has been selected by London-based real estate investor and developer Dominvs Group to join their board as a non-executive director.
Ellis, who served on the board of The Berkeley Group from 2010 to 2021, was also chair of the St. James Group, Berkeley Homes Eastern Counties, and St. William, the former joint venture with National Grid.
Ellis is the third senior non-executive director to be appointed to the Dominvs board, following the appointments of former CEO of Travis Perkins Properties, Martin Meech, and Martin Samworth, the former chair and CEO of CBRE’s Advisory business in APAC and EMEA, earlier this year.
Sean brings almost 20 years of housebuilding experience
Ellis will advise Dominvs on land and planning, strategy, operational efficiency and governance, and forming new joint ventures, as the Group continues to expand.
Dominvs Group formed a £50m residential joint venture with Yorkshire County Properties in 2021. Ellis will provide strategic counsel to Dominvs on future JV opportunities across the residential sector.
The appointment follows Dominvs Group receiving consent for a PBSA-led mixed-use scheme in Stratford and completing the UK’s largest ever PBSA forward-funding deal at £173.25m for its Hammersmith site.
