CIBSE and IBPSA-England announce partnership to host the 2025 technical symposium meeting, combining two separate events
The CIBSE IBPSA-England partnership will combine their two previously separate events, the CIBSE annual technical symposium, and the IBPSA-England’s biennial building simulation and optimisation event.
The event will be themed: ‘Fit for 2050 – Achieving Net-Zero through Intelligent, Resilient and Sustainable Design in the Built Environment.’ The event will be a platform for research and innovation in sustainable practices within construction.
The CIBSE IBPSA-England partnership indicates the two organisations dedication to developing sustainable practices and sharing the knowledge gained to build a more sustainable construction industry.
The CIBSE IBPSA-England symposium has much to offer
CIBSE is the professional body for chartered building service engineers, offering certifications and ensuring quality engineering. IBPSE-England is a society dedicated to simulating buildings in order to improve the built environment.
The partnership will allow the two organisations will combine their strengths and be able to help with each others weaknesses on various topics relating to building performance and sustainability.
Through case studies, presentations, technical reviews, discussions, and other ways to exchange knowledge, attendees will have access to a wealth of information and knowledge to bring to their industry.
The partnership and symposium will also offer many opportunities for attendees to network and connect with peers, offering the chance to build professional relationships and exchange information.
