Four major façade specialists across Europe are co-operating and have established the Weclad alliance, consolidating expertise
The Weclad alliance has been established, bringing together four European façade specialists.
Kyotec is the latest to join the alliance, joining Rinaldi, De Groot & Visser, and Techniwood.
All four organisations are a part of the French construction Léon Grosse Group
By joining forces into the Weclad alliance, they are bringing together all of their technical, industrial and commercial capabilities to make expert façade services easier to access:
- Kyotec – Specialists in complex, technical, and multi-material building envelopes for large scale projects
- Rinaldi – French cladding company, experts in bespoke, prefabricated solutions
- De Groot & Visser – Dutch company focused on cladding renovation and low-carbon façades.
- Techniwood – experts in offsite manufacturing of wooden façades
Co-operation will lead to more sustainable solutions
The Weclad alliance is already offering low-carbon options in their solutions, and has a commitment to lower greenhouse gas emissions by 15% by 2025 through innovations such as Panobloc® technology and the HVAC system.
The alliance now has five production sites across Europe, in France, Poland, Portugal, and the Netherlands. Giving them logistical and productive flexibility across Europe.
