The PLANTWORX 2017 Construction Machinery Exhibition, set to be hosted in June, will showcase the latest innovation in plant equipment
Between the 6 and 8 June this year Leicestershire will play host to PLANTWORX 2017. The event, which will be held at the Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, will bring together manufacturers and those with an interest in the construction machinery sector.
PLANTWORX 2017 is hosted by the Construction Equipment Association (CEA) and will see earthmoving machinery, lifting and access equipment, compaction kit, tools, rammers and hammers, compressors, and attachments represented during the event.
Hundreds of exhibitors
This year’s show will be the largest to date, with over 320 exhibitors signed up and 104 new firms setting out their stall for the first time.
Among the new exhibitors will be attachment manufacturer Arden Equipment UK; Atlas Copco Construction and Mining; Mantis Cranes; tiltrotator manufacturer Rototilt UK; tool manufacturers Hilti (Great Britain) and Husqvarna Construction Products; MFG, a designer and manufacturer of modular and bespoke excavation support systems, and Italian attachment manufacturer Cangini Benne.
French manufacturer Axpan will make its debut at the show. The firm, which specialises in micro-machines, is set to launch two new models during the event. This includes the AX 36 Pro and the AX Loader.
Southern Plant Spares will also showcase its new range of Rhinox buckets, while one of the largest manufacturers of mobile elevating work platforms in Europe Niftylift will highlight the new Nifty 120T—a new compact trailer mount that can be towed.
