Hart Builders, part of the Cruden Group, has appointed Craig Giblett as construction director, as the company prepares for expansion
Craig Giblett joins Hart Builders from Graham Construction where he spent more than five years and was recently contracts director.
He brings more than 20 years’ experience and previously worked at Miller Group, Taylor Woodrow and Balfour Beatty.
The appointment is the latest addition in the recent series of strategic appointments as Hart sets ambitious growth targets to deliver significant developments for the private and public sectors throughout the east of Scotland.
Ambitious growth plans
Commenting on the new appointment, Andy Mallice, managing director of Hart Builders, commented: “We are delighted to have Craig join the Hart Builders’ leadership board.

Current projects
Hart Builders recently kicked-off the first phase of £5.3m Borders project.
The borders project is the fifth project to be delivered by Hart Builders in partnership with BHA and will bring the total number of homes they have delivered jointly to 129.
The 31 new homes are due to complete in summer next year and will provide a mix of bungalows, wheelchair accessible properties and three and four-bedroom family homes. All properties are set in generous plots and will offer modern and spacious homes that are energy efficient, keeping running costs low for tenants.
