ICW Building Control welcomes two new team members

ICW Building Control, part of the ICW Group, has taken on several new team members as part of its ongoing expansion plans

ICW Building Control has appointed Paul Rollason joins as regional director and Mike Gibbs as senior building control surveyor.

Paul Rollason brings thirty years’ experience spanning across both the public and private sectors and joins ICW Building Control to further support the company’s growth.

With a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the building control sector, Rollason will head up the West Midlands area of ICW Building Control, leading a team of surveyors to grow the business and acquire new projects.

Responding to the increasing demand for building control inspections right across England and Wales, ICW Building Control is also adding to their national team of surveyors and inspectors.

Mike Gibbs will cover the East Midlands including Coventry and Northampton. He has 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, primarily gained in building control, and brings significant expertise in dealing with development projects ranging from small scale residential to large scale industrial and commercial.

Future growth

Gary Cass, managing director of ICW Building Control, said: “It’s an exciting time for ICW Building Control. The addition of our new team members is key to our future growth as we look to expand our footprint across the UK.
