Mott MacDonald and ARES Software UK have formed a new alliance to help clients improve the delivery performance of major projects
Mott MacDonald and ARES PRISM will use their combined experience of dealing with project data integrity and systems knowledge to support clients and transform projects and programmes.
This will enable visibility and drive predictable delivery against requirements with cost, time and quality targets met.
Delivering better and secure projects
The alliance combines Mott MacDonald’s project programme and commercial management advisory experience with ARES PRISM project management software solution to deliver more certain project outcomes by bringing structure and visibility throughout the development, construction and operational phases of a project.
The increasingly complexity of major projects today has driven a need for an evolution of the approach to deliver against tighter time and cost constraints. With the adoption of technology provided by ARES PRISM, the delivery performance of projects can be greatly improved.
The partnership will use ARES PRISM, a programme management system that factors numerous data sets including time, risk management, project and cost forecasts, acting as a single source of truth across a project.
Mott MacDonald already use the ARES PRISM solution in the successful delivery of projects in Rail, Highways and Defence both in the UK and overseas, delivering value, performance, and efficiency improvements.
