Aggregate Industries appoints new managing director

Construction materials supplier Aggregate Industries has appointed Victoria Smith as its new managing director for Spadeoak, its contracting business

Victoria Smith, who has been with Aggregate Industries for more than 15 years, will take up her new position as Spadeoak’s managing director from in November.

Victoria Smith will also be joining the senior leadership team of Aggregate Industries’ renowned contracting division.

Working within the construction industry for nearly two decades, Victoria brings a wealth of experience, initially starting her Aggregate Industries career in internal sales.

Smith’s role will involve providing a clear direction of growth for the successful business, putting its customers and team at the forefront.

Focussing on the customer

Smith, said: “I’m delighted to be taking on this new chapter in my career at Aggregate Industries and working together as a team to not only navigate the current challenges facing the sector but also capitalise on the exciting opportunities in the coming years.
