Henley Construct and Optivo have been given the go-ahead to deliver 45 homes in Tulse Hill, the scheme will use modern methods of construction
Henley Construct will deliver 45 homes in Tulse Hill for housing association Optivo after the London Borough of Lambeth resolved to grant planning permission.
The 0.36-acre site sits on the corner of Norwood Road and Thurlow Park Road and currently contains two houses and a commercial unit for a car wash business.
Designed by Tigg Coll Architects, the four, five, six and seven storey development will provide a collection of one, two and three-bedroom homes in Tulse Hill with landscaping, amenity areas, disabled parking, cycle parking and refuse and recycling stores.
The development will consist of 45 affordable homes provided within two adjoining blocks.
Henley Construct will deliver the scheme using modern methods of construction and materials that will significantly enhance the character and appearance of the area.

Demolition works are due to start imminently on site.
