Tim Roberts, CEO of Henry Boot PLC, said: “In my relatively short time at Henry Boot, it has been a real pleasure working with Simon and Giles.
“Their contribution, over a long period of time, has been very significant.
“Aptly, we have a good mix of homegrown, and fresh talent for these two important positions. I look forward to working with Tony and Jonathan as they take up their new roles.”
Simon Carr and Giles Boot are working to ensure there is a smooth transitional period before Shaw and Fisher take up their new roles on 1 July.
