Vinci Construction UK has appointed Andrew Astley as regional director for the Midland’s construction region
Andrew Astley has replaced Michael Roadnight who has retired following a long and successful career of 19 years with the company. He brings with him a wealth of construction and planning experience and an in-depth understanding of the Midlands construction market.
Speaking about his recent appointment, Andrew Astley said: “I’m excited by this opportunity in taking the lead role in our regional senior team.
“Michael has done a fantastic job for the Midlands region. I look forward to continuing to build long-term relationships with our clients and supporting the Midlands team to further success.”
Recent appointments
This follows the appointment of Garry Bowker, who previously worked for Kier as regional director with responsibility for their operations in Manchester.
Bowker is now Vinci’s head of north west and retail region.
The appointment completes the new management structure across the north following Keith Shivers retirement and Chris Winspear’s appointment as the new regional director for the north east.
