During her time at the Construction Innovation Hub, Trudi Sully influenced strategy and delivery mechanisms to drive impact and industry transformation
She worked across government and industry, and provide leadership, vision, insight and constructive challenge, and brought together traditionally competitive organisations and enabled collaboration between them.
Sully also co-chaired the Construction Leadership Council Manufacturing Working Group.
Trudi Sully is now Impact Lead at Mott MacDonald.
