Esri has been announced as a gold sponsor at the GEO|Design+BIM 2018 event in Amsterdam where it is set to showcase the benefits of GIS and BIM integration for better infrastructure, planning and design works
The event is scheduled to take place from 1-2 November 2018, in Amsterdam.
This year’s theme is “Enabling Tomorrow’s Connected Infrastructure”, which will see the GEO| Design+BIM 2018 event delve further into the integration of geospatial technology, BIM, and other associated industry trends including big data analytics, IoT, drones, VR, robotics, cloud worksharing, city information modeling, digital twin.
Esri, the global leader in location intelligence, recently announced its alliance with Autodesk to enhance BIM and GIS workflows integration. The integration aims to improve efficiency and collaboration for owner/operators, such as city and regional government planners and executives, and AEC firms who plan, design, and carry out capital projects.
