Structural warranty provider Build-Zone, has announced it has signed a new exclusive deal with another A-rated insurer
Build-Zone, leading inherent defects insurance provider, has added a new carrier to its portfolio of insurers.
The new additional means Build-Zone will be able to underwrite residential, mixed use, social housing & build-to-rent UK finance (CML) approved policies, as well as student accommodation and commercial developments, up to £360m in contract value/reinstatement cost on a full value basis, with no inner financial limits.

It is another significant step for Build-Zone as they continue to offer developers, contractors, home owners, investors, lenders, architects, project managers and structural engineers the long term protection their developments & homes require.
