Legoland Hotel near Windsor
The Caltite waterproof concrete system is a time-proven, practical system which produces damp-proof, highly durable concrete which was used in over 1,000m3 of concrete to waterproof the basement of the Legoland Hotel near Windsor designed by Allison Pike Partnership with structural engineers Simpson Associates.
Guildford Harbour and Spa Hotel
Formerly the Radisson Blu Edwardian, designed by Bridges Associates, with structural engineers Walsh Associates and main contractor Galliford Try. Here Everdure Caltite was used to waterproof the basement structure.
Hilton Hotel, Bournemouth
Everdure Caltite used in 3,500m3 of concrete used to waterproof the basement slab and retaining walls of this White Ink Architects-designed building. The structural engineers were Ian Black Consulting with contractor McAleer & Rushe.
Swan Hotel, Streatley
The basement structure for the re-development of the Swan Hotel, Streatley, on the River Thames, was waterproofed using Everdure Caltite. Designed by Quadrant Design, the structural engineers were Glanville Consultants Limited with main contractor Vear Group.
