The video opens with Mike Davis, chairman of Chandler Property Development, the developer of the Forest Gate Lytham project.
“Previously, Forest Gate was the site of an old public house, which was falling into disrepair”, explains Davis.
“It was derelict when we bought the site and we gained permission for the new apartments and the three converted properties.
“I’d worked in the area previously, so I knew the site. And the fact that I live only 2 miles from the site put me in a good position to understand the site and its surroundings.”
Davis and his project team researched AHCI, who had worked with the company previously.

Next, Darren Marshall, director at Lumsdon Wood Partnership, explains his experience working with AHCI.
