Daniel’s experience in web development and platform management brought him to the Digital Twin Hub team at the Centre for Digital Built Britain in 2021. He transferred to Connected Places Catapult in April 2022.
Previously, Daniel spent 13 years working for his own web design company, creating and developing bespoke websites for a wide range of SMEs, community projects and the NHS.
He then moved to an educational software company, working with education providers and developing learning resources. This led to Daniel writing, creating and publishing his own textbooks, which are sold and used in schools and colleges around the world.
Daniel also worked as team leader at one of the largest supported learning departments in the UK at Cambridge Regional College. He is director for a local not-for-profit organisation, working on heritage and tourism projects.
