GroupBC (under the registered name Business Collaborator Ltd) has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 10 agreement for the supply of Cloud Software
The G-Cloud framework is an initiative targeted at easing procurement of cloud-based information technology by UK public-sector departments by ensuring suppliers have met the standards laid out in the G-Cloud framework and are compliant with them. G-Cloud 10 reassures buyers that the technology on offer is aligned to the National Cloud Security Centre’s 14 principles on cloud security, ensuring fully secure access and storage of data, and integrity of suppliers.
GroupBC provides the leading Project and Asset Information Management Common Data Environment (PIM / AIM CDE) for customers wanting to digitise their estates, by capturing supplier-delivered project information and ensuring this is maintainable throughout the asset lifecycle. GroupBC’s customers benefit from their own private UK hosted instance, helping Government departments procure project and asset information in accordance with UK industry standards such as BIM Level 2.
Stuart Bell, GroupBC Sales and Marketing Director, said, “I’m delighted that GroupBC have yet again been successful with our application as we have been since G Cloud 3. We shall be aiming to continue to grow our presence with public bodies who are looking to implement one of the leading solutions to support BIM level 2 compliance, as well as deliver asset and project information management controls”.
