The Club’s membership, currently in the order of 1000 strong, is drawn from professionals with an interest in the law and practice of party wall matters under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. For those not familiar with the Act, it confers rights over party structures and provides a framework for the settlement of disputes between neighbours, by surveyors’ award.
