Hayfield has launched its 2022 Wellbeing Programme, designed to retain and recruit the very best personnel in the industry
Hayfield has launched its 2022 Wellbeing Programme to ensure its employees maintain good mental, physical, social, and financial health.
The programme features a hardship fund, 24/7 employee assistance helpline, social events, private healthcare, and ongoing professional and personal development.
It is based on monthly themes, supported by interactive webinars delivered by external consultants.
Interactive webinars
The themes include: healthy habits; love and kindness; sleep; stress busting; laughter and smiling; flexibility and resilience; gratitude; the great outdoors; suicide awareness; managing anxiety; mental health; and the joy of giving.
Sara Hope, head of human resources for Hayfield said: “The health and wellbeing of all Hayfield’s employees is our priority and we have invested significantly in a bespoke support programme.
“The challenges brought about by the pandemic have taken their toll, so we want to demonstrate how we care for everyone’s physical, social, financial, and mental health in a number of proactive ways.
“A key element of our 2022 Wellbeing Programme is a series of monthly webinars, which provides everyone with the opportunity to take time out of the working day to focus on their own wellness.
January fitness and nutrition webinar
“January’s fitness and nutrition webinar – delivered by Incite – was about creating healthy habits, so it was a great way to kick-off this year’s programme of events and activities.”
Andy Morris, managing director of Hayfield said: “We are growing at a very rapid pace, so retaining and attracting the very best people to be part of the Hayfield team is vital to fulfilling our business plan objectives.
“To have access to specialists who can demonstrate ways to improve flexibility, rotation, and pain-free movement, is so important for all our team, whether they are site or office-based.
“I am looking forward to seeing how everyone interacts with the ongoing Wellbeing Programme, as it’s certainly introducing some fresh-thinking into our business, and dare I say the wider industry.”
