Balfour Beatty reveals the appointment of Matthew Steele, former Commercial and Development Director of Network Rail, as Managing Director of its Gas & Water business
Before joining Balfour Beatty, Matthew Steele was Programme Director at Crossrail and Head of Power, Communications and Cooling Upgrades for the London Underground. Matthew’s deep knowledge of the UK infrastructure market comes from his experience as a chartered Mechanical Engineer, with over 19 years’ experience supplying strategic direction to large cross-country and multi-discipline teams.
