The award will recognise innovative products that streamline workforce management, from researching candidates to shortlisting, interviews and onboarding new employees.

Buildy
Buildy is a smart marketplace that allows construction companies to hire tradesmen for works on construction sites. In just a few clicks, construction companies can hire tradespeople with their skills fully verified before they step foot on site. The hiring process can then be managed through the integrated timesheet and invoicing system.
Construction Industry Training Board
Over the last three years the City of Glasgow College has developed Construction Manager, an educational game designed to encourage young people to consider a career within the construction industry. Funded by the CITB and supported by Construction Scotland, the Scottish Contractors Group and the Construction Scotland Innovation Centre, the game aims to increase awareness of careers and business practices in the industry. Since its launch in October 2018, there have been over 100,000 impressions.
