Costain has appointed Louise Bryant as its new group communications and investor relations director
Louise Bryant joins Costain from Aggreko where she was director of investor relations and corporate affairs. Bryant led Aggreko’s investor relations, corporate and financial PR, government affairs and crisis communications.
She was also key in driving Aggreko’s ESG agenda, developing and embedding the sustainability strategy within the overall corporate strategy.
Bryant started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a chartered accountant. She moved to Citi as a lead equity analyst before joining Thomas Cook as head of investor relations, managing the company’s relationships with equity and credit analysts and investors.
Bryant will begin her role with Costain on 1 October 2021.
Ensuring continuity
Alex Vaughan, chief executive officer at Costain said: “Louise brings a wealth of experience to Costain.
“Having worked in both corporate communications and investor relations, Louise will fully integrate our external communications to ensure that our messaging is consistent across all of our key stakeholders.”

Costain has also recently appointed Andy Clarke as its new integrated transport director to transform the customer experience of transport.
