WSP appoints Dale Sinclair as head of digital innovation within its Property & Buildings business
In his new role, Sinclair will be working collaboratively with WSP’s Net Zero, Digital Services and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) specialists.
Sinclair specialises in utilising digital tools and solutions to optimise the design, management and computational delivery of large-scale projects in the built environment.
He has worked on a number of significant projects in the healthcare, retail, sport and commercial office sectors, including as lead designer on Moorfields Eye Hospital’s new facility at King’s Cross in London.
He joins WSP from AECOM where he has spent the last eight years and was most recently Director of Innovation.
Sinclair is a thought leader in design management and collaborative working and has written many books and articles, including “Assembling a collaborative project team” and “Guide to RIBA Plan of Work 2013”.
He was previously RIBA Vice president responsible for practice and profession, a RIBA Trustee and Councillor, and is currently on the board of the Construction Industry Council and chairs industry groups at the Construction Leadership Council and British Standards Institute.
