HDR has announced the acquisition of Hurley Palmer Flatt in an effort to boost its building engineering services
Hurley Palmer Flatt Group is headquartered in London, and the acquired entity comprises Hurley Palmer Flatt, Andrew Reid, Bradbrook Consulting and Concentre Consulting.
The acquisition enables the expansion of HDR’s multidisciplinary building engineering services on a global scale. Going forward, it will do business as HDR | Hurley Palmer Flatt.
HDR is an employee-owned firm who wished to expand their presence and services into the UK and looked for partners or an acquisition to help facilitate that goal. While Hurley Palmer Flatt was looking for a US-based partner for global growth.
This acquisition brings together HDR’s global practice with the Hurley Palmer Flatt, including Hurley Palmer Flatt’s strategic locations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and in the Asia-Pacific region.
