Interserve Group Limited has announced that Ken Hanna will join the Board as a non-executive director and chairman of its equipment services business, RMD Kwikform, from 2 September 2019
Ken Hanna brings valuable international experience, with financial and leadership expertise through his current chairman roles at Aggreko plc and Arena Events plc. Prior to this, Ken’s career spans executive positions at Cadbury, Inchcape and Dalgety.
In addition to joining the Interserve Group Limited Board, Ken’s appointment as chairman of RMD Kwikform reflects a renewed focus on growth opportunities across the UK and international markets of the equipment services division.
Alan Lovell, succeeded Glyn Barker on 15 July 2019 as chairman at Interserve. Mr Lovell, on the recent appointment of Ken Hanna, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Ken to Interserve. His wide-ranging senior management and boardroom experience will be a great asset to our Board.”
Alan also brings commercial and board experience. His other current roles include chairman of Safestyle UK and the senior independent director of SIG plc.
