Luke Webb has been promoted to the position of senior planning manager at Living Space Housing
Luke Webb joined the Living Space Housing team as a planning manager back in 2019 and has overseen planning matters for 10 developments.
The first affordable homes are currently being handed over at four of those developments where construction is well underway. A further three are currently in the planning system and three upcoming schemes will see planning applications in the coming months.

Webb also undertakes the same role for a handful of schemes for housebuilder Hayfield – the sister company to Living Space Housing.
Webb began his career as a validation officer for Lambeth Council. He graduated from Birmingham City University and became a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2020.
Prior to joining Living Space Housing and Hayfield, Webb worked for David Wilson Homes’ Mercia Division as planning manager and Persimmon Homes’ West Midlands Region as a planner.
‘Planning is a crucial part of the development process’
Paul Breen, managing director for Living Space Housing said: “Planning is such a crucial part of the residential development process.
“With Living Space growing at such a rapid pace this year, we are very grateful to Luke for his thorough approach and sheer hard work in successfully navigating the planning system.
“Even on sites which appear straightforward from a planning perspective, unforeseen issues and delays can frequently crop-up, which require active management.
“Having Luke on board as an experienced in-house senior planning manager enables us to be both highly proactive and reactive.
“I would like to thank him for his commitment and acknowledge this promotion as a reflection of Luke’s performance and overall contribution to the business.”
