O’Keefe appoints Marc Daly as new MD

Contractor O’Keefe has appointed Marc Daly as its new managing director, responsible for the group’s four divisions – construction, demolition, remediation and Kent

Marc Daly MCIOB joins the group after nine years at Carey civil engineering where he was head of delivery, managing the overall performance and delivery of projects in terms of safety, quality and commercial performance for principal contractors including Skanska, Balfour Beatty and Lendlease.

Daly was also with Laing O’Rourke for nine years, starting as an assistant project manager and ending as contracts manager.

A keen proponent of graduate programmes and developing talent from within, Marc Daly will be responsible for the group’s four divisions – construction, demolition, remediation and Kent, where the group now has its purpose-built headquarters.

He will also work on attracting new clients as well as maintaining good business relationships with existing ones.
