Hayfield’s Graduate Development Programme has gained its first graduate, after the launch of the company’s Industrial Placement Programme in 2021
Matt Dandy has joined Hayfield’s Graduate Development Programme as a Trainee Assistant Site Manager following the completion of his BSc Honours degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes earlier this year.
Learning about the future of sustainable construction
Originally from Cranleigh, 22-year-old Matt will have the opportunity to spend time with each team to understand what makes Hayfield tick and to deepen his understanding of the construction industry.
He said: “I’m excited to join Hayfield at such an innovative time for the construction industry, and to be a part of the pledge to be net zero by 2030 – high quality construction and energy efficient solutions are of real interest to me.
“I’m already learning a lot about the future of sustainable construction which is so important in today’s climate, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to further my career as part of such a committed company.”
Hayfield’s Graduate Development Programme will grant graduates access to a mentor and wellbeing support
