Leeds-based specialist construction company, Priestley Construction, part of the wider Priestley Group, has appointed two new board-level directors
The company’s head of construction, Rob Pell, and head of finance, Mike Gregory, have been named as company directors, joining the board in addition to their existing roles. Both Rob and Mike will be instrumental in driving forward Priestley Construction in line with the Priestley Group’s overall growth plans.
Rob joined the business in September 2016, having worked in the construction industry for 38 years. Mike joined the business in July 2014, having worked in the finance industry for 19 years.
Priestley Construction currently has £40m worth of contracts in its pipeline, managed jointly from its Leeds and new London office, which opened in Q4 2018.
The firm completes full-scale renovations and new build projects for a variety of companies nationwide. It also conducts all building work on behalf of its sister company, Priestley Homes, which currently boasts a development pipeline of £100m GDV.
At present, employees are working across a variety of schemes in Leeds, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Bradford, the North West and London.
