Tilbury Douglas has appointed Lucy Davies as head of social value to develop the company’s CSR activities, including apprenticeships, community volunteering, local employment and supply chain engagement
The new role illustrates Tilbury Douglas’s commitment to the communities they operate and work in and will allow for a greater focus and measurement of social impacts.
Commenting on her new role, Lucy Davies, head of social value at Tilbury Douglas, said: “I am really pleased to be starting my new role as head of social value.

Tilbury Douglas recently appointed two new regional managing directors, covering the Northern and Central regions of the UK construction firm.
John Gittins will be promoted to regional managing director for the Northern Region and Simon Butler will be promoted to regional managing director for the Central region.
Both roles will report to Craig Tatton, managing director for UK Building.
