Durkan, a leading independent development and construction company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Carpenter as its new managing director of construction
Tim Carpenter will move up from his position as group new business director, succeeding Jim Briggs, who is retiring after 44 years with Durkan.
Carpenter has extensive experience spanning more than 25 years as managing director for other leading contractors.

Durkan continues to grow a strong project pipeline with public sector partners to deliver new affordable housing, as well as continuing its expansion within London and the South East.
