Tritax Symmetry has announced the appointment of Ben Sanders as its new regional construction director

Ben Sanders joins Tritax Symmetry from SEGRO where he was project manager for two years before being promoted to associate director in October last year.

There, Sanders was involved in multiple projects across Greater London, working with development managers to fulfil the technical, demolition and construction elements of new, single-unit and multi-unit schemes.

Based in the Northampton office, Sanders will work with national construction director, Kevin Theobold, and the wider development team to oversee and integrate the project management, design, delivery and cost management related to the procurement and construction of multiple developments across the South and Midlands regions.

Joining a dynamic collaborative team

Kevin Theobold said: “We would like to warmly welcome Ben to the team. The role of regional construction director is critical to the management of risk and the successful delivery of the company’s significant development programme.

“Ben brings with him 24 years of practical construction knowledge and experience which will be invaluable as we deliver more logistics space to this region of the UK.”

Ben Sanders added: “This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business and become a fully integrated part of a dynamic collaborative team.

“I have delivered many industrial and logistics projects throughout my career, managing large and diverse teams.

“Tritax’s ambitious growth strategy made the offer extremely appealing, and I look forward to embarking on this next chapter in my career.”
