Osborne appoints new MD for its property services arm

Osborne has appointed Vicky Fordham-Lewis as its new managing director for Osborne Property Services Limited

Vicky Fordham-Lewis will take up the role of managing director for Osborne Property Services Limited from 7 September.

Fordham-Lewis previously worked as managing director at Mitie Property Services before it was sold to Mears and rebranded MPS Housing.

John Craig, MD built environment, said “At Osborne we strive to deliver a different approach; seeking opportunities to make the project experience easier, to deliver a good quality and efficient service and crucially optimise the performance and value of our customers’ assets.

“The addition of Vicky to our existing team with her wide-ranging expertise in social housing, maintenance and collaborative delivery models will further strengthen our services and create opportunities to continually improve and deliver safety and surety to our customers residents.”

Vicky Fordham-Lewis has over 14 years of experience in construction and property services management, specialising in operations, customer services, quality control and change management.

Osborne was founded in 1966 in Chichester by Geoffrey Osborne.

Andrew Osborne became chairman of the group in 2012 having joined the company in 1998.
