Vistry Partnerships North East appoints two senior roles

Vistry Partnerships has appointed Jonathan Rudge as the new head of land and Melissa Flynn who will join at the end of November as development manager

Jonathan Rudge brings over 16 years’ experience of projects in the public and private residential housing sector.

Rudge has been involved in regional and occasionally national initiatives for clients including Homes England, The Northumberland Estates – the property company of the Duke of Northumberland – local authorities and private developers as well as the NHS and Royal Mail.

Among the highlights of his career to date are Backworth Park, for Northumberland Estates; the Brackenhoe project in Middlesbrough for Vistry Partnerships and Northgate Hospital for Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear NHS Trust.

Melissa Flynn, a member of Ward Hadaway’s planning team, will join at the end of November to take up a post as Development Manager.
