Woodward Group, which provides electrical, fire, security, building and compliance services has acquired Lowthers Electrical Engineers Ltd
Also based in the Midlands, Lowthers is recognised as a specialist in hazardous or potentially explosive area installations (ATEX) and electrical, control and instrumentation (E, C&I) for the food and beverage and petrochemical industries.
The company has built up an extensive blue-chip client base since it was founded in 2007 by the company’s managing director, Matt Lowther.
Matt Lowther has partnered with Woodward Group on a number of projects this year, and as part of the acquisition, he joins the company as project director.
