WSP has announced an agreement to acquire Golder Associates, the engineering and consulting firm
The acquisition is expected to be completed in the first half of the second quarter of 2021.
The transaction must be approved by the shareholders at a meeting duly called for such purpose, the meeting is expected to be held on 13 January 2021.
