International Timber, Pasquill, Roofspace Solutions and Scotframe have collaborated to launch the Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions (OSS) Awards
The the Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions (OSS) Awards recognise and highligh the achievements of staff across the four businesses.
Working together under the offsite solutions division allows the brands to present a unique offering for customers, backed up by the wide range of Saint-Gobain assets available in the UK.
The Off-Site Solutions Awards are an evolution of the annual Pasquill and International Timber staff awards, which for the last four years have celebrated employees who go above and beyond. The nominations are now open and colleagues across the division are nominating their fellow colleagues and teams for a number of awards.
Accolades are to be given for the following categories:
Outstanding Contribution
The Outstanding Contribution award will be presented to a colleague who has delivered a campaign or initiative above and beyond their role that has either benefited the business, their team or their local community.
Best Collaboration
The Best Collaboration will be awarded to a colleague or team who have initiated a cross-brand, team or department piece of work that has achieved positive results, benefitting all parties.
Outstanding Contribution to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
The Outstanding Contribution to EHS accolade will be awarded to the individual who has made a positive impact to the business, to others and to themselves within the Environmental and Health & Safety area.
Newcomer of the Year
The Newcomer of the Year will be awarded to a team member who has made a significant impact on the business within a short period of time.
Innovation Award
The Innovation Award will be given to a colleague who has been innovative and has introduced something new or different that has gained positive results.
Design/Sales Team of the Year
Design/Sales Team of the Year will be awarded to a team that demonstrates the highest standards in EHS, sales performance, customer experience, outstanding service and systems compliance – who live the Saint-Gobain Attitude of Building an Open and Engaging Culture in their branch/business.
Operations/Team of the Year.
Operations/Team of the Year will be awarded to a site or team that is the epitome of operational or manufacturing excellence, providing outstanding service, product quality and support to customers and colleagues.
