Wernick Buildings has been reappointed to LHC’s £300m Modular Buildings (MB2) framework

The Modular Buildings (MB2) framework primarily covers education, healthcare, emergency services, offices, and community-related amenities such as sport facilities and theatres.

The framework allows local authorities, social landlords and other public bodies to source pre-approved specialist suppliers who can design, supply and install permanent, temporary, and refurbished modular buildings.

‘No denying the quality of LHC frameworks’

Stuart Wilkie, managing director of Wernick Buildings, said: “There’s no denying the quality of LHC frameworks, and the value they bring to both customers and suppliers.

“The framework submissions are always very comprehensive, so it’s very rewarding to have been so successful in our application.

“We look forward to continuing to develop our relationship with LHC and delivering high quality modular projects for their clients.”

For the first time through LHC, Wernick is able to offer its full portfolio of group companies’ services – Wernick Buildings for permanent, Wernick Hire for temporary applications, and Wernick Refurbished Buildings for a cost-effective permanent alternative.

Wernick achieved a near-perfect success rate on the lots they applied for, with total geographic coverage of the UK.

Wernick Buildings will leverage the capabilities of their partner companies within the Wernick Group to help deliver the wide range of services they have been appointed to provide under the framework. These include permanent modular buildings of any value, refurbished modular buildings, and the hire of temporary buildings.
